The training aims to support the connection between local development and local governance. 

In the first phase, the training will focus on capacity building of trainers in terms of both content and methodology. Using a blended approach, distance training (e-learning) and in-presence training, the training of trainers (TOT) will be developed in cycles, each dealing with a specific theme:

  • the promotion of sustainable and inclusive local development;
  • tools necessary for action;
  • leadership and management of human resources;
  • the promotion of social economic development;
  • the development and management of services.

In the second phase, those who participated in the training will train municipal officials.
